This project was done through the environmental department at ArtCenter’s TestLab in Berlin during the Summer of 2016. While in Berlin, we were given the task to create a concept restaurant. The spaces’ goal was to capture the atmosphere of Berlin through subtle sensorial elements that embraced seasonal cuisine. I created a dining experience that allows guests to adapt to their environment with a gathering of food in the company of friends. The restaurant space was located in Mitte inside the ruins of Franziskaner Klosterkirche.
